Customers may cancel their service request within 24 hours of booking without any charges. After this period, a nominal cancellation fee may be applied depending on the stage of service processing.
If the installation of rental equipment (such as an RO water purifier) has not yet been completed, customers can cancel the order with no penalty. If the product has already been installed, cancellation will require prior notice and is subject to equipment return and inspection.
